Tamara Brock has worked in all levels of psychiatric care and has experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), trauma and stress disorders, insomnia, and a variety of other mental health concerns. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities in her treatment plans. She believes that good mental health requires a holistic approach incorporating all aspects of life, including exercise programs, mindfulness and meditation, social relationship improvement, and nutrition and sleep regimens. Tamara finds joy in helping people find the balance they seek as they work toward building a full and meaningful life. She is available for telehealth appointments, as well as at our Orem office for in-person appointments. Tamara does not provide letters for Emotional Support Animals and does not provide social security disability documentation or FMLA support documents unless you have been an established patient for at least 6 months.
