DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We are participating in several insurance plans, but it is up to the patient to verify coverage, make sure the visit is authorized, and understand the co-pay amount and deductible amounts. Even though we are listed as a participating provider, you need to be sure we are on the correct plan. We also can provide you with a “super bill” that you can submit to insurance if we are not in your specific network.
Participating insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna 120 Days, DMBA, EMI Health, Imagine Health, Multiplan, Optum, PEHP, Select Health (not all plans), United Health Care (UHC).
CAN I DO CASH PAY?
Intercare tries to provide affordable care. Our cash price can be negotiated according to your need. Please go to patient portal to see the suggested cash price for appointments, and also contact us if there is a special circumstance.

Intercare providers are able to use as secure, HIPPA-compliant telemedicine platform provided you have internet access and are located within the state of Utah. Please check with your insurance for coverage of telemedicine.
LOCATION 4: BYU STUDENT HEALTH CENTER
This location provided only for current university students enrolled at BYU or Ensign College, and residing in Utah.
